Natalia Ulyanova - founder and CEO of UNA//PARTNERS. Natalia started her professional career in 2002 after graduating from the Institute of International Relations at Taras Shevchenko National University, Kyiv. In 2004 she earned a master's degree at South Methodological University in the United States.
Natalia has been with ICF Legal Service since 2005 and has risen from lawyer to managing partner. ICF Legal Service has consistently ranked in the TOP 50 law firms in Ukraine and the TOP 500 law firms in the world since Natalia's promotion to managing partner. In 2016 and 2018 Natalia Ulyanova received awards for best lawyer in international business structuring, and best lawyer in tax consulting.
Within the strategy of development & exchange of experience with international corporations and market leaders Natalia along with the team joined the global Corporation Deloitte - a unique event in the market of consulting services in Ukraine. As a partner Natalia led the practice of complex business transformations in Deloitte as well as moderated the work of the agricultural industrial group.
